DYMATiX was formed January 1, 2000, through the consolidation of Ultracision and Viking Semiconductor Equipment. The synergy of technologies and operations were key elements in the decision to form DYMATiX.

Our advanced die sorting systems, and their ability to integrate with other processes, continue to demonstrate our philosophy of improving productivity through this advanced technology. In addition to our die sorting strength, our capabilities include custom wafer handling and inspection systems, as well as manual and semi-automatic wafer probers.

To date DYMATiX has installed over 1,600 systems in Asia, Europe and North and South America.
